★ I, the artist, retain the right to deny any commission for any reason;
★ I, the artist, retain the intellectual property of my artwork at any time, without exception;
★ I, the artist, am allowed to work on and/or post commissioned artwork publicly, unless specified beforehand.

★ Payment with Paypal must be sent through invoice (first your email must be sent to me through DMs and then I'll send you the invoice on Paypal).
★ Payment must be sent within 24-48 hours or the request won't be accepted.
★ Payment must be sent beforehand in order for me to start your commission officially;
★ Any additional details (e.g additional characters, more detailed shading and/or backgrounds, props) may require an additional fee listed on commission form.✧ COMMUNICATION ✧
★ The commissioner must list, via e-mail or DMs, which way they would prefer to be contacted with;
★ The commissioner must attach any references needed for the commission to be accepted;
★ Full resolution digital references must be sent in order to have a precise color palette to use;
★ Reference sheets generated with image-generator AI tools or low-quality references (e.g. traditional drawings without digital-sampled colors, JPG-formatted images, etc.) will not be considered for the request;
★ Full resolution images of commissioned work will be sent directly to the commissioner.
★ For any inquiries and questions, I'm available for direct contact through my social medias and/or business email.✧ REVISIONS ✧
★ The commissioner will be sent WIPs of the commission requested in order for me to make any changes necessary;
★ Changes permitted without additional fee include minor changes to pose and details (e.g. changes that do not require a complete overhaul of the sketch);
★ Any other fixes that require major changes to the original sketch initially sent to the commissioner will cost an additional fee of 10 Euros each (€);✧ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY ✧
★ A piece, depending on commission type, can take a minimum of a week to a maximum of 1-2 months to be completed due to personal schedule;
★ In case of a specified deadline, a rush order fee may be added, equating to a +40% of the base price of the commission chosen.✧ USE ✧
★ Reposts of commissioned artwork from the commissioner on social media is allowed as long as credit is given and watermark is not edited/removed;
★ Claiming and/or resposting my artwork without credit is severely forbidden. A permanent blacklist from getting any future commissions from me will be reinforced if that occurs;
★ Any use of my artwork for personal use is allowed. For commercial use, an additional fee and further details may be discussed privately;
★ Any non-permitted edits and selling of my artwork for merchandising and/or NFTs is strictly forbidden;
★ The usage of my artwork to train image-generator AI tools is strictly forbidden;✧ REFUNDS ✧
★ Refunds can be requested; the amount given back will depend on the commissioned work's completion (100% if not started, 85% if sketch, 50% if inked, 35% if colored, 15% if shaded, 0% if completed; the commission will be sent regardless of completion).
★ When a commission is cancelled by myself, the commissioner will receive a full refund (100%) and, if started, will also receive the artwork regardless of completion.
★ If the commissioner is unsatisfied with the product after any changes and asks for a refund, it will not be given.
