Commissions

Payment
★ Payment must be sent before I start the commission.
★ Payment must be received through Paypal in Euros (€).
You can use this calculator to know how much to pay for a commission in your currency: Currency Converter (Euro to USD)
★ Payment with Paypal must be sent through invoice (first your email must be sent to me through Discord, notes or DMs and then I'll send you the invoice on Paypal).
★ Payment must be sent within 24-48 hours or the request won't be accepted.
★ Refunds can be requested but the amount given back will depend on the art's completion (100% if not started, 85% if sketch, 50% if inked, 35% if colored, 15% if shaded, 0% if completed; the commission will be sent regardless of completion).
★ When a commission is cancelled by myself, you will receive a full refund (100%) and, if started, you will receive the commission regardless of completion.Commission Prices★ Prices for my commissions may vary because of high demand and improving of my art.
★ Prices may only be changed while commissions are on hold or closed.Art process★ A piece, depending on commission type, can take a minimum of a day to a maximum of 1-2 months to be completed due to school and/or personal duties.
★ Full resolution digital references must be sent to have the precise colors to use; if the reference in question is traditional it won't be accepted (except if you send me a digital palette of the character's colors and the respective parts where the color is from: specific hue for hair, specific hue for fur, etc.).
★ I'll send you WIPs of the commission I'm working on to fix errors/make changes, although is permitted to ask for changes just twice; if any other fixes are requested the additional fee to pay is of 3 Euros (€).
★ Changes permitted without additional fee include minor changes to pose and details (changes that do not require a redraw of the sketch from 0).
★ If you're unsatisfied with the product after the change and ask for a refund, it will not be given.
★ Full resolution image will be sent privately if asked (through Discord or notes/DMs through Sta.sh links).Art usage★ You are allowed to post commissions made by me for you on socials as long credit is given (WandaPinkay) and watermark is not edited/removed.
★ If reposting my art made for you on Toyhou.se, always credit it on-site with the username WandaPinkay.
★ You are allowed to use my art for personal use. If used for commercial use, it can be discussed privately through DMs/Discord.
★ You are not allowed to edit/sell my art as merch/NFTs.
★ You are not allowed to use my art to train an image-generator AI.
★ You must not claim my art as your own/repost any of my art without credit in any way. If found out, you'll be permanently blacklisted.

Adopts

★ You cannot claim the original design as yours but you have full ownership of it.
★ Designs can be edited as you please, but still credit the original design as mine (WandaPinkay or WandaAdopts).
★ Designs can be gifted, traded and sold starting from the price you obtained it for. Additional art, both yours and other's, add value to it.
★ Payment, as seen in the "payment" section under "commissions", is only accepted through Paypal in Euros (€).
Payment must be sent within 24-48 hours or the adopt will be opened again.
★ If it's an OTA (Offer To Adopt) and you offered art, you must finish all the pieces within two months (we can talk about deadlines if offered art is a lot).
★ The design won't be obtained by you if you haven't finished all the art / sent the points/money you offered yet.
